Family Physician (Primary Care)

Location: Capitol Heights, Maryland, United States

Pay range: $260,000–$300,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual incentive.

What you will do

• Provide patient-centered primary care to employees at assigned hirify.global Centers.
• Deliver preventive care, wellness services, and acute and chronic disease management.
• Manage a patient panel of approximately 800–1000 patients in a capitated-fee environment.
• Build long-term patient relationships through extended 30–60-minute appointments and high-touch service.
• Use electronic medical records and population management tools to support clinical quality and outcomes.
• Collaborate with at least two Advanced Practice Providers and other interdisciplinary professionals.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited medical school and completion of residency.
• Professional experience in Family Practice or Internal Medicine combined with Pediatrics.
• Board certification or eligibility with intent to certify.
• Active state medical license required.
• CPR/BLS certification required by the start date.
• DEA registration is preferred; a dispensing license may be required under state regulations.
