Senior Automation Mechanical Design Engineer

What you will do

• Lead the mechanical design and technical solution development of automation equipment for conveying, assembly, inspection, and packaging.
• Manage the full design cycle from requirements analysis and concept development through detailed design, delivery, and commissioning.
• Create 3D models, 2D drawings, bills of materials, technical documentation, and modular design standards.
• Design complex mechanisms involving precision positioning, flexible gripping, and high-speed transmission.
• Lead design reviews, manufacturing follow-up, on-site troubleshooting, and continuous improvements to efficiency, yield, stability, and reliability.
• Support new product introduction, smart manufacturing initiatives, and integration with MES and data systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in non-standard automation mechanical design and hands-on full-cycle project implementation.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and other mechanical design tools.
• Experience with mechanical design, pneumatics, servo systems, DFM/DFA, cost analysis, and system-level solutions.
• Proficient written and spoken English required.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, cross-functional collaboration, and independent equipment design skills.
