Financial Services Representative II (Banking)

Location: Kindersley, Saskatchewan, Canada; onsite full-time. The role may require working at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance, including evenings and weekends.

What you will do

• Meet with personal and business clients to understand their goals and priorities.
• Provide tailored advice, financial planning, and recommendations across cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection.
• Build and deepen client relationships through outreach, marketing, networking, and community engagement.
• Connect clients with relevant internal specialists, products, and opportunities.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and support their digital banking needs.

Requirements

• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• At least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Knowledge of banking, investments, customer engagement, and digital literacy.
• Strong relationship-building, critical-thinking, goal-planning, and customer-service skills.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.

Nice to have

• Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
• Experience with outbound calls and proactive client engagement.
