Location: On-site full-time in Pointe-Claire, Quebec, Canada; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.

What you will do
- Build and grow a dedicated client portfolio through relationship management and exceptional service.
- Provide tailored advice across day-to-day banking, investments, lending, estate planning, home ownership, and business setup.
- Develop local-market sales plans, convert leads, generate opportunities, and increase referrals.
- Build relationships through networking, community events, marketing, and outreach activities.
- Serve as a single point of contact while delivering CIBC’s Imperial Service approach.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience providing financial advice, establishing client relationships, and achieving performance targets.
- Current CIRO-MFD accreditation and good standing through the Canadian Securities Course, Canadian Investments Funds Course, or Investment Funds in Canada Course, with eligibility for CIRO-MFD licensing.
- Current AMF licensing accreditation and good standing in Quebec, supported by CIFC or CSC completion and Registered Retirement Consultant certification.
- Strong relationship-building, networking, client engagement, business development, and financial planning skills.
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada at the specified location, with a valid work or study permit where applicable.
