What you will do

• Own and continuously refine the product feature backlog, balancing customer impact, strategic differentiation, and technical feasibility.
• Build and maintain a 12–18 month roadmap aligned with MIPS Atlas IP roadmaps, customer needs, and design-in opportunities.
• Represent embedded software engineers, SoC architects, and CI/CD owners through usage analytics, beta programs, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate agile ceremonies and cross-functional delivery of performance reports, experiment workflows, and Python API capabilities.
• Define feature success metrics and use telemetry to improve adoption, engagement, time-to-insight, and report sharing.
• Support early-access customer programs, product communications, demos, enablement, and go-to-market readiness.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience and technical leadership on more than two projects or programs.
• 3+ years of Product Management experience, including bootstrapping a new product or technology initiative.
• Strong technical fluency in instruction set architectures, C/C++ compilers, and semiconductor simulation solutions.
• Experience with AI inference, model runtime optimization, and AI-assisted developer tooling.
• Knowledge of data visualization, semiconductor verification or validation, virtual prototyping, or pre-RTL performance modeling.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
