Software Product Manager (Embedded Systems)

Salary: $149,100–$215,900 USD per year for the Bay Area, California; incentive opportunities are also available.

What you will do

• Define and maintain the outward-facing embedded processing narrative across embedded software stacks, processors, peripherals, and RTOS/OS ecosystems.
• Lead messaging for Hard Processing Systems, Nios V RISC-V soft IP processors, application stacks, and related strategies.
• Connect embedded features and customer needs to clear business outcomes and hirify.global solutions.
• Create solution briefs, whitepapers, blogs, website product pages, sales presentations, and executive decks.
• Equip sales teams with pitch decks, competitive positioning, objection handling, and use-case messaging.
• Analyze competitive positioning and emerging trends to develop differentiated marketing strategies.

Requirements

• BS degree in engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing embedded software using Linux or bare metal.
• 3+ years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, or a related role.
• 1+ year of experience developing embedded processing and peripheral system architectures.
• Experience with semiconductors, embedded systems, or infrastructure technologies.
• Strong embedded fundamentals, including C/C++, Embedded Linux, debugging, validation, and development tools and workflows.
