Senior Product Manager (Semiconductor)

Location: On-site in San Jose, California, US, with remote work available up to two days per week. Requires regular on-site presence for in-person work-related events, training, and meetings. Includes up to 20% customer travel.

Salary: $177,000–$265,500 base annual salary.

What you will do

• Own the product definition, market strategy, roadmap, product requirements, and market validation plans for computational lithography solutions.
• Engage semiconductor customers to understand technical requirements and translate them into product roadmaps and engagement strategies.
• Define feature priorities and release scope with R&D, product engineering, quality assurance, project management, sales, and field support teams.
• Develop business plans, financial analyses, sales forecasts, customer rollout plans, and market communication strategies.
• Shape competitive positioning, marketing campaigns, product messaging, use cases, launch materials, customer presentations, and sales training content.
• Manage product-ordering, systems, tools, manufacturing-supply issues, and related escalations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physical Sciences, or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• At least 3 years of experience in product marketing and management.
• Working knowledge of lithography, metrology, and process control.
• Experience working with semiconductor customers worldwide and leading cross-functional teams in global operations.
• Strong customer focus, leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with HPC strategy, GPU infrastructure, and AI/ML enablement.
