What you will do

• Lead and execute high-quality, complex client deliveries and tactical/strategic client initiatives.
• Provide end-to-end project and program management covering cross-functional workstreams to achieve business objectives.
• Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for clients to develop and deliver overall program plans.
• Coordinate internal hirify.global resources and non-CS functions to ensure delivery on commitments.
• Maintain detailed program plans, risk/mitigation registers, status reports, and issues logs.
• Advocate for client operational and commercial requirements within internal hirify.global organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 10 years of experience in project and program management methodologies.
• Must be based in Singapore and able to work in the office at least 3 days a week.
• Practical experience leading programs in an evolving business environment.
• Strong client engagement and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge or experience in hirify.globalNet and payments transaction processing.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (MS Planner, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
