Supervisor - Production (Plating)

Location: MA - Lawrence, United States; onsite production role

Annual base salary: $46,000–$128,000, depending on location, skills, and experience.

What you will do

• Lead and develop Finishing Department Leads through coaching sessions and performance reviews.
• Translate daily production schedules into priorities and staffing assignments.
• Monitor plating chemistry, equipment condition, and in-process inspections to meet quality metrics.
• Partner with Engineering on process improvements, equipment repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain electronic training, payroll, and performance records and report key metrics.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in plating or chemical finishing.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Technical troubleshooting expertise with plating chemistry and equipment.
• Data-driven decision-making and experience with lean or process-improvement initiatives.
• Ability to coach, communicate, and lead high-performing teams.
• US citizenship, permanent US residency, or protected-individual status is required for US export-control compliance. Immigration sponsorship is not available.
