Product Owner (Technology)

Location: Athens, Attiki, Greece; hybrid work with a blend of remote and office-based working

What you’ll do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of strategic technology enablers for internal teams.
• Define, maintain, and communicate the technology roadmap in alignment with group direction, local priorities, and architecture principles.
• Lead SDLC initiatives, including process improvements, technical standards, delivery governance, and engineering-practice improvements.
• Drive technical upgrades, cloudification, platform modernization, cybersecurity risk mitigation, and continuity initiatives.
• Work with solution architects and engineering teams to assess feasibility, define implementation options, and maintain architecture consistency.
• Prioritize initiatives and coordinate releases with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience delivering large enterprise projects, including upgrades and transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience with software delivery frameworks, SDLC governance, technical planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience managing concurrent projects with internal and external business partners, delivering on time and within budget.
• Ability to translate business documents into low-level technical requirements.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, organization, analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills; experience with JIRA, Confluence, or MS Project is preferred.
