What you will do
- Define and execute the strategic vision, multi-year roadmap, governance, and growth of the COA Accelerator platform.
- Lead product discovery, investment prioritization, strategic planning, and evaluation of new platform capabilities and services.
- Govern a portfolio of products, coordinating Product Owners and cross-functional teams around priorities, roadmaps, customer commitments, and technical debt.
- Partner with executive leadership and stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Scientific Services, Commercial, Operations, Legal, and Compliance.
- Guide initiatives from concept through implementation and adoption while supporting Agile product management practices and release governance.
- Lead data governance, metadata management, interoperability, standardization, and future platform integrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of Product Management experience.
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, healthcare technology, or clinical trial software.
- Experience managing enterprise platforms or complex multi-product portfolios.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple business and technical teams.
- Experience with Clinical Outcome Assessments, eCOAs, patient-centered research, or clinical research technologies.
