Deployment Strategist, Internship - US Government

Location: Honolulu, Hawaii, United States; on-site

What you will do

• Meet on-site with customer analysts to understand critical questions, workflows, and operational challenges.
• Build the case for access to relevant datasets and work with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate data into stable, extensible pipelines.
• Create and lead training sessions for users and help drive effective product adoption.
• Present results and proposals to audiences ranging from analysts to C-suite executives.
• Collaborate with Software Engineering and Product Design teams to incorporate field insights into hirify.global products.
• Build and deliver demos and scope potential engagements in new industries and locations.

Requirements

• Active US security clearance or eligibility and willingness to obtain a US security clearance.
• Strong ability to solve open-ended problems in unstructured environments.
• Adaptability, introspection, and willingness to learn, teach, lead, and follow.
• Ability to travel as needed, depending on location and team.
• Programming, scripting, or statistical package experience such as Python, R, MATLAB, or SQL is a plus.
