Operations Strategy Associate (AI)

Location: U.S. (Remote)

Salary: $60,000–$90,000 per year

What you will do

• Analyze operational data to identify trends and bottlenecks, and build dashboards, reports, and models for business decisions.
• Research, evaluate, and implement AI solutions, automations, internal tools, and other technologies for Operations.
• Design processes, workflows, and operating procedures that improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
• Lead cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives from planning through execution with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Improve payment-method outreach, develop predictive models for high-risk payers, and optimize customer-facing operations.
• Potentially lead an Operations team and improve its performance, quality, and workflows.

Requirements

• 2+ years of work or internship experience in areas such as Strategy, Business Operations, Product Operations, Program Management, Consulting, or Business Analytics.
• Experience solving operational problems through process improvement, workflow design, or scalable systems development.
• Hands-on data analysis experience with SQL, Python, or similar tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex problems clearly and align stakeholders.
• Curiosity, resourcefulness, adaptability, and the ability to investigate root causes in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
