What you will do

• Design and document current-state and target-state business and operating processes, including transition plans.
• Improve partner processes, performance, governance, and customer coverage models.
• Support partner business reviews with performance insights, market intelligence, operational analysis, and recommendations.
• Identify process and system gaps and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to simplify workflows.
• Prepare funnel and partner performance reviews, frame decisions, document actions, and drive follow-through.
• Automate recurring reporting and commercial workflows using low-code and AI-assisted tools.

Requirements

• Graduating with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Overall GPA of at least 3.0 and good academic standing.
• Fluent written and verbal English required.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Strong communication, planning, organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, document complex processes precisely, and work with cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Related internship or co-op experience.
• Leadership experience in the workplace, academic projects, or competitions.
• Interest in AI tools and emerging technologies for productivity and decision-making.
• Experience with process mapping or business analysis methods.
• Familiarity with CRM concepts, Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, SQL, or Python.
