Associate Manager (Investor Services)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end trade processing for subscriptions, redemptions, switches, and transfers.
• Review and process trades accurately within turnaround-time requirements while tracking and closing ageing and outstanding items.
• Perform the Investor Services signatory role and coordinate with internal departments, onshore teams, and share registry groups.
• Build share registries, maintain client fund parameters, and support accurate statement production.
• Implement controls to prevent operational errors and confidentiality breaches.
• Lead, supervise, train, and cross-train team members to reduce key-person risk.

Requirements

• Graduate, PGDBA, MBA, or equivalent qualification.
• Relevant experience in financial services, with an analytical approach to process flows.
• Knowledge or prior experience in transfer agency is desirable.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage trade volumes.
• Experience handling teams, providing feedback, and monitoring performance.
