What you will do

• Perform comprehensive due diligence on new and existing clients to ensure compliance with AML and Customer Identification policies.
• Communicate with internal and external clients to obtain necessary documentary requirements.
• Monitor existing client accounts to maintain ongoing adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
• Develop and maintain KPI and KRI reports for stakeholders using data visualization and analytics tools.
• Identify and implement process efficiencies to optimize the client onboarding lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Technology, and revenue groups to resolve KYC/AML matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in client onboarding, due diligence, or a related compliance role.
• Proven experience with KYC/AML frameworks and screening systems like World-Check or LexisNexis.
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Alteryx for data analysis.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Must be based in Salt Lake City, UT.
