Senior Transfer Agency KYC/AML Representative (AML/KYC)

Location: Kraków, Poland; hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office. Parents of a child up to 4 years old may work 2 days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Perform AML/KYC due diligence for existing shareholder accounts and new account openings.
• Assess and validate investor documentation against internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and market standards.
• Review public sources for client due diligence and investigate, escalate, and resolve queries.
• Maintain accurate system updates, data quality, audit trails, controls, and procedural evidence.
• Manage client portfolios, priorities, SLAs, deadlines, and complex workloads independently.
• Cooperate with clients, stakeholders, and BBH offices to resolve complex cases and improve service delivery, quality, and risk controls.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in transfer agency, AML/KYC, investor services, fund administration, or a similar financial services environment.
• BA/MS degree in finance, economics, business, law, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Understanding of AML/KYC requirements, investor documentation standards, and operational risk controls.
• Ability to manage complex workloads, work independently, exercise sound judgment, identify risks, and escalate appropriately.
• Fluent English is mandatory; B2+/C1 level is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to support less experienced team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.

• Experience reviewing, validating, and interpreting complex investor documentation.
• Experience identifying process improvements and contributing to efficiency, quality, and risk mitigation initiatives.
