Securities Operations Associate II (Transfer Agency and Mutual Fund)

Location: Hyderabad, India; hybrid model with attendance in the office 3 days per week

What you will do

• Verify and input customer requests, ensuring information is accurate and complete.
• Process mutual fund and transfer agency transactions, account setup, shareholder data maintenance, and record keeping.
• Perform quality control activities and follow operational, productivity, fund, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare template emails and written customer correspondence when required.
• Identify process improvement opportunities that increase efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
• Guide and mentor peers on less complex processes while delivering responsive customer service.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in mutual funds, transfer agency operations, or finance.
• Excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts, 5 days per week.
• Availability for a hybrid schedule with 3 days per week in the office.
• Ability to adapt to different personality types and demonstrate sensitivity when working with others.
