What you will do

• Execute daily investor registration, dealing, and cash reporting tasks according to company policies.
• Ensure all deliverables meet established service level agreements and quality standards.
• Manage and resolve queries from clients, investors, and fund managers professionally.
• Participate in team meetings to share information and support a collaborative culture.
• Assist management with department projects, process improvements, and risk mitigation efforts.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in financial services, fund administration, or client service.
• Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to maintain high accuracy and quality in daily operational tasks.
• Excellent communication skills for client and internal stakeholder interaction.
