Director, Operations (Manufacturing)

Salary: $154,500–$193,250 USD base compensation annually, plus a 22% annual bonus opportunity and a $30,000 annual equity award.

What you will do

• Lead Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Production Planning, Warehouse, Facilities, Operational Excellence, and Quality operations for the site.
• Own performance across safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, cost, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop operating plans, workforce strategies, capacity plans, inventory strategies, and resource plans.
• Support new product introductions, engineering changes, manufacturing transfers, and product lifecycle management.
• Lead capital planning and investments in quality, capacity, efficiency, automation, and scalability.
• Build cross-functional partnerships and develop operational leaders through coaching, succession planning, and talent development.

Requirements

• Senior operational leadership experience across manufacturing, supply chain, production planning, warehouse, facilities, and quality functions.
• Experience with Sales and Operations Planning, capacity planning, inventory strategy, and resource planning.
• Ability to ensure regulatory, quality-system, safety, and internal-policy compliance.
• Experience supporting commercialization, new product introduction, manufacturing transfers, and product manufacturability.
• Ability to use operational metrics and business analytics for fact-based decision-making.
• Experience developing leaders and building accountable, continuous-improvement cultures.
