Sr. Director, EPG Manufacturing Operations Leader (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Austin, Texas, United States, or preferred Tainan, Taiwan. Relocation is available for Tainan; no relocation is available for Austin.

Salary: $180,000–$247,500 per year, with potential bonus and stock award compensation.

What you will do

• Lead global manufacturing operations for one or more product groups and provide executive leadership for strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with business unit executives to achieve customer delivery, revenue, gross margin, cost, quality, and operational performance targets.
• Improve cost, cash management, responsiveness, agility, and consistency across manufacturing and supply operations.
• Develop organizational capability across distributed and contract manufacturing environments, including new product introduction and commercialization support.
• Build continuous improvement systems to improve quality and EH&S, reduce lead times, strengthen inventory management, and respond to industry cycles.
• Lead regional EPG sites, enhance productivity and employee development, and influence executive-level decisions across global operations organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field required; master’s degree in engineering, a technical field, business administration, or a leadership field preferred.
• Extensive experience with legacy semiconductor capital equipment, including 200mm and below semiconductor tools and MASK Alta and MASK Sigma-Melco platforms.
• Extensive knowledge of semiconductor capital equipment, cost structures, and the semiconductor capital equipment industry.
• Proven experience leading multi-site global operations across extensive manufacturing footprints and multiple management levels.
• Ability to evaluate complex business challenges, develop innovative solutions, and influence and negotiate with senior executives.
• Travel of approximately 20–25% is required.
