Physical Therapist - Part Time (24 hrs) w/Benefits - 2K SIGN ON BONUS

Location: Hillside, Illinois, United States. Onsite worksite and health center support; part-time schedule of Monday 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, Wednesday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with the option of Tuesday or Thursday 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.

Pay range: $57,000–$75,000 per year for 24 hours per week; benefits eligible. Includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

What you will do

• Assess patients and deliver individualized physical therapy programs using therapeutic exercise, activities, manual therapy, modalities, and education.
• Plan, document, and evaluate goal-directed treatment programs in the electronic medical record.
• Coordinate care with physicians, PA/NPs, occupational therapists, health coaches, medical assistants, and other professionals.
• Provide worksite ergonomics, body mechanics, safety, wellness, and injury-prevention education.
• Support follow-up appointments, screenings, tests, outreach, and appropriate specialty care coordination.
• Contribute to staff development through evidence-based resources and in-service training.

Requirements

• BS, MS, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited university.
• Current license from the state Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
• At least 3 years of experience working as a Physical Therapist.
• Current BLS certification.
• Outpatient experience with adolescent and adult populations.
• Knowledge of clinical documentation requirements, electronic medical records, and applicable state, federal, and APTA guidelines.

Nice to have

• Ergonomic training, certification, or experience.
• Strong presentation skills and confidence educating employees at multiple organizational levels.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and maintain professional relationships across clinical and client organizations.
