Financial Services Associate (Mandarin)

Location: On-site full-time in Vancouver, BC, with flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.

What you will do

• Partner with Financial Advisors to support high-value clients and business owners.
• Answer client questions and provide information about cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection.
• Support client financial goals and identify business growth opportunities.
• Prepare client files, book appointments, and maintain schedules.
• Resolve client issues, escalating to colleagues when appropriate.
• Work banking centre hours, which may include evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Knowledge of cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection products.
• Strong client service, problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to build relationships, collaborate with Financial Advisors, and support business growth.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Vancouver and at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada is required; a valid work or study permit may be required where applicable.

• Asian language skills, including Mandarin.
