Medical Assistant - West Palm Beach, FL

Location: Onsite at 3300 Forest Hill Blvd., Building E, West Palm Beach, FL 33406

Salary: $21.00–$25.00 per hour

What you will do

• Escort patients, prepare exam rooms, and maintain clinical supplies and equipment.
• Review medical information, collect updated health data, and record accurate documentation.
• Take vital signs, perform blood draws, administer medications and immunizations, bandage wounds, and assist with procedures.
• Coordinate patient scheduling, check-in and check-out, medical record requests, referrals, specialist visits, and external care.
• Process test results and communicate them to patients as directed by the provider.
• Support patient outreach and collaborate with the care team on individualized care plans and gaps in care.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of Medical Assistant experience, preferably in primary care.
• Graduation from a formal Medical Assistant or related program.
• National or state-specific Medical Assistant certification or registration is strongly preferred and required where mandated by the state.
• CPR/BLS certification required by the start date.

Nice to have

• Phlebotomy experience.
