Associate Advanced, Production Operations

What you will do

• Operate inserters, printers, sorters, and related card production systems to meet daily output targets.
• Support shift leadership and act as a lead resource for production associates.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and coaching on equipment, procedures, and quality standards.
• Test and validate process, material, and equipment enhancements.
• Create and maintain work instructions, process guides, and operational documentation.
• Monitor workflows, troubleshoot routine issues, track results, and identify efficiency and throughput improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education and relevant experience.
• Experience in production, manufacturing, operations, or processing environments.
• Problem-solving, troubleshooting, attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate across teams, document procedures, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle production materials and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and overtime as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting production leadership or acting as a lead associate.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement and process optimization methodologies.
• Experience creating standard operating procedures or training materials.
• Familiarity with production metrics and reporting tools.
• Experience in regulated, quality-driven production environments.
