What you will do

• Assemble products and parts according to standard work methods and lean manufacturing principles.
• Rotate through various department workstations to meet business needs and cycle time requirements.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment following 5S and safety guidelines.
• Complete required production paperwork to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Identify and report equipment or product quality issues to the supervisor.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities across departments.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Atlanta, GA
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience demonstrating competency.
• Competency in basic math skills including counting, adding, and subtracting.
• Ability to stand, walk, and reach for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 25 lbs, and occasionally up to 40 lbs.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet business objectives.
