PMTS Portfolio & Technology Roadmap Management - GF Labs (Semiconductor R&D)

What you will do

• Own the Technology Pipeline Project lifecycle from idea intake and approval through governance, milestone tracking, and closure.
• Administer steering committees, portfolio reviews, project approvals, and executive reporting.
• Manage portfolio resource planning, capacity management, and allocation reviews through Anaplan.
• Coordinate GF Labs and Product Business Unit interlocks to align portfolios, roadmaps, funding, and technology transitions.
• Develop portfolio metrics, milestone tracking, business analytics, and executive dashboards using Power BI.
• Lead external research engagements and digital transformation initiatives involving workflow automation, AI-enabled agents, and advanced analytics.

Requirements

• Technical university degree and extensive experience: BS plus 11 or more years, MS plus 8 or more years, or PhD plus 7 or more years.
• Strong technical program and portfolio management experience in semiconductor R&D, product development, or advanced technology organizations.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional programs, governance processes, budgets, forecasts, and investment prioritization.
• Experience with Teamcenter or an equivalent PLM system for innovation management, project tracking, and portfolio administration.
• Experience with Anaplan or an equivalent planning system for resource allocation, capacity planning, forecasting, and investment management.
• Exceptional stakeholder communication and executive presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Technology Roadmap Management experience or PMP certification.
• Experience with Horizon-based innovation portfolios or externally sponsored research programs.
• Experience developing Power BI dashboards and implementing workflow automation, AI-enabled productivity solutions, or business process optimization tools.
