Portfolio Management Analyst III

What you will do

• Lead portfolio governance, intake management, planning, and prioritization activities.
• Establish governance standards, controls, operating procedures, and portfolio management practices.
• Facilitate governance forums and support executive decision-making with strategic recommendations and trade-off analysis.
• Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, portfolio reviews, and actionable performance insights.
• Coordinate complex dependencies and competing priorities across business and technology stakeholders.
• Drive issue resolution, escalation management, and continuous improvements in portfolio maturity and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in portfolio management, program management, project management, business analysis, governance, operations, technology delivery, or a related discipline.
• Advanced knowledge of portfolio management, governance, business analysis, and program management practices.
• Strong strategic thinking, executive communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and developing executive reporting, governance materials, business cases, and strategic recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency with portfolio reporting, planning, and analytics tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting privacy programs, customer data governance, consent management platforms, or marketing technology ecosystems.
• Experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience with Digital Marketing, Customer Experience, Product Management, Technology, Analytics, or Enterprise Transformation organizations.
• Portfolio governance, demand management, capacity planning, or prioritization leadership experience.
• Master's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
