Technical Project/Program Management - AI+AR/Waveguide-NPI-Shanghai (AI)

Location: Shanghai, China. Relocation is not available.

What you will do

• Prepare project plans and drive projects from conception and planning through implementation.
• Manage project schedules, task details, tracking reports, checklists, and scheduling tools.
• Coordinate internal resources, vendors, and multifunctional teams to achieve on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders while tracking equipment cost and schedule performance.
• Define project objectives, provide status updates, and coordinate release and deployment activities.
• Identify project complications, develop solutions, and provide engineering and business process expertise.

Requirements

• Demonstrated depth or breadth of expertise in a specialized discipline or field.
• Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend improved practices.
• Experience leading teams or projects with moderate resources, risks, or complexity.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to identify innovative solutions.
• Ability to communicate difficult concepts and negotiate adoption of different points of view.
• Must be based in Shanghai, China; relocation is not available.
