What you will do

  • Ensure smooth execution of back-end and post-sputter processes in compliance with process specifications.
  • Monitor daily process KPOV and KPIV indicators.
  • Trigger scheduled or ad hoc process and machine maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with operating procedures and process parameters.
  • Conduct engineering evaluations and studies to improve manufacturing processes.
  • Own process excursions and action items, ensuring part quality and mitigating production impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or an equivalent field.
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Process Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer.
  • Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE).
  • Skills in Minitab, JMP, Spotfire, or other data analytics tools.
  • Strong problem-solving capability.
