Accounts Receivable Manager

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop the Accounts Receivable team through clear goals, KPIs, and continuous feedback.
• Oversee cash application, payment posting, account reconciliation, issue resolution, and end-to-end Order-to-Cash activities.
• Own short- and mid-term collections forecasting and provide consolidated AR forecasts and variance analysis to FP&A.
• Prepare performance reports, collection trends, forecast insights, and risk assessments for senior leadership.
• Drive automation, digitization, standardization, process improvements, and governance across AR and O2C operations.
• Support global O2C transformation initiatives, system implementations, process redesign, audit readiness, and internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of progressive experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, or Order-to-Cash, including 3 years leading professional teams.
• Experience supporting global or regional AR operations in a multinational organization.
• Strong knowledge of cash application, collections, deductions, dispute management, reconciliation, AR aging, DSO, working capital, and cash flow drivers.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle and/or SAP S/4HANA, plus knowledge of financial controls, SOX compliance, audits, and governance.
• Fluency in English required. Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are also required.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, shared services, or another high-volume global industry.
• Experience with RPA, workflow automation, AI-enabled cash application, or related technologies.
• Experience with global O2C transformation, system migrations, and process redesign.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or equivalent analytics and visualization tools.
• CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification, and experience managing distributed teams.
