Location: Onsite in Vertis North, Quezon City, Philippines; flexible for shifting or rotational schedules

What you will do
- Lead order-to-cash and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Review high-volume receivable transactions, AR adjustments, supporting documents, and internal controls.
- Support month-end closing, including journal entry reviews, P&L analysis, balance sheet and bank reconciliations, and reporting for US consolidation.
- Use Oracle GL and accounting applications to support reporting, reconciliations, and financial record maintenance.
- Coordinate with colleagues and departments in the Philippines and other countries to validate information and transactions.
- Support statutory and regulatory reporting, audit schedules, and preparation of supporting documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from a reputable college or university.
- At least 5 years of combined experience in accounts receivable, general accounting, and/or audit.
- Supervisory experience or strong leadership potential as an experienced accountant.
- Proficiency with accounting software, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
- Fluent English required for effective verbal and written communication.
- Willingness to work onsite in Vertis North, Quezon City, Philippines.
Nice to have
- Certified Public Accountant qualification.
- Experience with multinational operations.
- Experience with Oracle, Salesforce, or billing and collections tools.
