What you will do

• Lead process integration for the development, optimization, and qualification of RF semiconductor technologies.
• Design, execute, and analyze Design of Experiments to improve process understanding and technology performance.
• Collaborate with process module, device, yield, reliability, and manufacturing teams to improve manufacturability, yield, and reliability.
• Drive data-driven technical problem-solving, identify root causes, and implement robust solutions.
• Define technology design rules, process monitors, test structures, characterization plans, and qualification methodologies.
• Interface with customers, present technical results, mentor junior engineers, and provide technical leadership across development programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• At least 6 years of relevant semiconductor industry experience with a PhD, or 8 years with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Strong wafer fabrication process knowledge and proven experience in FEOL process integration and technology development.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical projects and driving issues to resolution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on RF-SOI technology development, integration, characterization, and qualification experience.
• Knowledge of semiconductor device physics, RF device behavior, and RF characterization techniques such as S-parameters.
• Experience with process optimization, yield enhancement, reliability qualification, and root-cause analysis.
• Customer-facing experience and the ability to present technical results to senior management and external stakeholders.
