What you will do
- Acquire VIP users and manage a dedicated portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and premium institutional clients in Brazil.
- Build trusted relationships through frequent, personalized communication to increase retention and platform loyalty.
- Design and optimize customer service processes and account lifecycle management systems for the local market.
- Analyze client trading behavior and prepare customer reports to support localized product and service strategies.
- Coordinate with Product, Compliance, Operations, and Tech teams to deliver seamless and compliant solutions.
Requirements
- Established client network in Brazil or LATAM, focused on VIP and high-net-worth individuals, institutional clients, family offices, private banking clients, brokers, or futures institutions.
- 4–6 years of experience in sales, account management, or client services within international financial institutions, commercial or private banking, or asset management.
- Direct experience with crypto trading platforms, digital asset exchanges, or fintech is highly advantageous.
- Native or bilingual Portuguese is mandatory, with professional English proficiency required for cross-border corporate communication.
- Ability to manage pressure, tight deadlines, and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of Web3, cryptocurrency trends, regulatory developments, and the Brazilian market.
