Brazilian Engineering Project Specialist

Location: São Paulo office four days a week, Monday to Thursday, with remote work on Fridays. Frequent travel is expected.

What you will do

• Lead the commercial and strategic interface of the Brazilian Engineering initiative.
• Identify and develop opportunities, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute institutional activities and corporate events.
• Develop targeted marketing and commercial communication initiatives.
• Prepare commercial proposals, executive presentations, and strategic materials.
• Build stakeholder relationships and represent the initiative in external meetings and events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a strong academic or professional track record.
• Up to 7 years of professional experience after graduation.
• Previous experience in commercial roles, business development, marketing, partnerships, or similar areas.
• Technical understanding combined with a strong commercial and business mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, presentation, and proposal-writing skills.
• Native Portuguese and fluent English are required.
