Deployment Strategist - US Government

Location: New York, NY; on-site work from an office is required. Ability to travel up to 75% is required, depending on location and team.

Salary: $110,000–$170,000 per year, excluding potential bonuses, benefits, and long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Meet on-site with customer analysts to understand critical questions, workflows, and pain points.
• Identify relevant datasets and work with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate them into stable, extensible data pipelines.
• Build bespoke workflows for new user groups and deliver product demonstrations.
• Lead training sessions that support user adoption and measurable operational impact.
• Present results and proposals to audiences ranging from analysts to C-suite executives.
• Collaborate with Software Engineering and Product Design teams to incorporate field insights into cross-product offerings.

Requirements

• Active US Security clearance or eligibility and willingness to obtain a US Security clearance.
• Ability to work effectively on open-ended problems in unstructured environments.
• Curiosity, analytical thinking, product intuition, and user empathy.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn, teach, lead, and follow.
• Programming, scripting, or statistical package experience such as Python, R, Matlab, or SQL is advantageous.
