IT Field Technician

Location: Adelaide Metro and surrounding areas, South Australia, Australia. Field-based role with rostered out-of-hours support.

What you will do

• Provide desktop support to users at all levels, including executives, through face-to-face, telephone, and remote support channels.
• Set up and support laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Complete routine maintenance of standard hardware.
• Manage and track business assets, service requests, incidents, work orders, time records, and job notes.
• Prioritize support requests and complete assigned tasks within required time limits.
• Participate in workplace safety activities and provide rostered out-of-hours support.

Requirements

• Proven familiarity with basic hardware and operating systems.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking, time management, communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Current Australian driver’s licence required.
• Ability to pass company background checks, including a National Police Check, employment screening, and drug screening.
