TL;DR
MDM SME (Intune): Migrating clients from existing MDM solutions to Microsoft Intune with an accent on solution design, delivery, and decommissioning of legacy systems. Focus on designing Intune policies, ensuring security compliance (ML2, ASD Essential 8), and coordinating device re-enrolment.

What you will do
- Assess and document existing AirWatch environments, including device configurations and compliance policies.
- Design and implement Intune policies, configuration profiles, and security baselines.
- Develop and execute comprehensive migration plans, cutover activities, and rollback procedures.
- Coordinate device enrolment across mobile devices, laptops, and corporate-owned assets.
- Conduct pilot deployments and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to resolve delivery issues.
- Create operational support documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Requirements
- Proven experience in the design and transition of MDM Intune solutions.
- Hands-on experience with AirWatch.
- Knowledge of security standards such as PSPF, ISM, and ASD Essential 8.
- Must be an Australian Citizen (Security Clearance is highly desirable).
- Strong communication skills for technical stakeholder management.
