Field Service Applications Specialist

Location: Greystanes, NSW, Australia. Candidates must be authorized to work in Australia without current or future visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Administer and provide first-line operational support for Salesforce Field Service Lightning and associated service systems.
• Support technicians, Team Leaders, and Field Service Managers with day-to-day system issues.
• Deliver onboarding, user training, and refresher sessions to improve adoption and productivity.
• Coordinate testing, releases, rollouts, and communications related to upgrades, outages, and system changes.
• Maintain system documentation, user guides, and knowledge articles.
• Gather field-user feedback, monitor adoption and issue trends, and identify continuous-improvement opportunities with Operations, Product, and IT.

Requirements

• Proven Salesforce knowledge and experience focused on Field Service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Strong problem-solving and continuous-improvement skills.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to train and assist diverse teams.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Full-time work authorization in Australia without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Electronic Gaming Machines.
• Previous field-service experience and an interest in transitioning into business systems or digital technology roles.
