What you will do

• Provide 2nd and 3rd level EUC support via in-person, phone, and ticketing channels.
• Deploy and support POS systems, computers, printers, and peripheral devices at onsite locations.
• Manage and resolve support tickets within the ServiceNow ecosystem according to SLAs.
• Conduct daily audits and troubleshooting for meeting room AV technologies to ensure they are ready for use.
• Maintain rigorous Asset and Configuration Management records.
• Perform routine hardware maintenance and coordinate warranty repairs with 3rd-party vendors.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Active Directory, and Microsoft Endpoint Management.
• Strong background in installing and troubleshooting computer hardware and AV technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in Sydney, Australia, for hybrid office attendance.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ServiceNow and Meraki dashboard.
• Experience managing iOS/Android apps and mobile devices.
• Understanding of Intune, Google MDM, JAMF, and the Google Workspace suite.
