EUC Sites & Services Technician

Location: Onsite and field support in Sydney, Australia

What you will do

• Provide second- and third-level EUC support through in-person, phone, ticket, and email channels.
• Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot POS systems, computers, printers, peripherals, and meeting room AV technology.
• Conduct site audits and daily meeting room technology checks, providing real-time troubleshooting.
• Manage ServiceNow tickets, meet SLAs, and maintain asset and configuration management records.
• Perform routine technology maintenance and coordinate warranty repairs with third-party vendors.
• Create procedures and user guides and deliver staff training.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Active Directory, and Microsoft Endpoint Management.
• Strong experience installing and troubleshooting computer hardware and meeting room AV technology.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in an onsite and field support role in Sydney.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ServiceNow and the Meraki dashboard.
• Experience managing iOS and Android applications and mobile devices.
• Understanding of Intune, Google MDM, JAMF, and Google Workspace.
• Friendly, adaptable, and collaborative approach.
