Manager - Citrix NetScaler Ops Engineer (Citrix)

Location: Remote, Australia; occasional onsite vendor support may be required, with travel and accommodation provided.

What you will do

• Manage Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops environments, including Citrix DaaS, to maintain high availability and performance.
• Support, configure, and maintain Citrix Gateway services and NetScalers.
• Investigate advanced Citrix infrastructure issues and implement corrective solutions.
• Collaborate with IT support teams to resolve technical problems and improve system reliability.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and security best practices.
• Maintain technical documentation and identify opportunities to improve the Citrix environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining Citrix environments.
• Strong proficiency with Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, Citrix DaaS, Citrix NetScaler, and Citrix Cloud Gateway Service.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V, and networking protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
