What you will do

  • Lead frontline warehouse operations for the Reverse Logistics department, ensuring consistent process execution, quality, and adherence to operational standards.
  • Manage 20–30 associates and one supervisor, including performance management, staffing coordination, and behavioral and process standards.
  • Own 5S implementation, labor planning, process consistency, and operational tools such as backend configurations, questionnaires, and workflows.
  • Coordinate with downstream liquidation partners to manage inventory flow, recovery value, and brand stewardship.
  • Analyze product disposition decisions, recovery value, and process outcomes to improve financial and operational performance.
  • Build reporting processes and support partial-shift or split-schedule coverage for future night operations.

Requirements

  • Experience managing warehouse, manufacturing, or operations teams, ideally 20 or more employees.
  • Strong analytical, multitasking, prioritization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience improving tools, systems, workflows, or operational processes with measurable impact.
  • Exposure to SQL, data visualization platforms, backend systems, and system architecture.
  • Background in supply chain, operations, industrial or operations engineering, manufacturing, or a related technical discipline.
  • Ability to stand or walk for 8–10 hours, lift up to 50 pounds, use a pallet jack, and work overtime during peak season.
