Senior Project Manager, Finance Transformation (R5545)

Location: San Mateo, California; on-site

Salary: $160,000–$250,000 per year, plus bonus, benefits, and equity for regular full-time employees.

What you will do

• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP implementations, enhancements, migrations, and transformation programs from initiation through go-live and hypercare.
• Manage concurrent business, functional, technical, data, testing, integration, and deployment workstreams through an integrated project plan.
• Maintain schedules, milestone plans, RAID logs, dependency trackers, RACI matrices, and executive status reports.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, IT teams, systems integrators, and vendors on scope, timing, deliverables, and decisions.
• Drive governance routines, executive updates, escalation paths, risk management, critical-path tracking, and issue resolution.
• Partner with finance and program leadership on budgets, forecasts, variance reporting, vendor performance, and go-live readiness.

Requirements

• 6+ years of project management experience, including 5+ years leading ERP programs or large enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading Oracle Fusion ERP or closely related Oracle ERP transformation projects.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, integrated schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and governance activities.
• Understanding of ERP delivery lifecycles, including design, build, testing, data migration, cutover, go-live, and stabilization.
• Ability to coordinate technical, integration, environment, data, and testing activities without owning solution design.
• Strong communication, facilitation, organization, executive stakeholder, vendor, and systems integrator management skills.

Nice to have

• PMP certification or equivalent.
• PMO or enterprise transformation office experience.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Projects, HCM, or Reporting/Analytics workstreams.
• Cloud ERP transformation, enterprise governance, business analysis, functional lead, or ERP power-user experience.
