Professional Services Associate Project Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: USA - Remote

Salary: $95,000–$140,000 per year, plus eligibility for bonuses, equity grants, health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

What you will do

• Manage 30–40 smaller-scale Platform Services implementation projects simultaneously through their full lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain schedules, documentation, status tracking, and delivery standards across concurrent projects.
• Support queue management for projects placed on hold.
• Coordinate daily with customers to gather information, provide updates, and manage expectations.
• Coordinate technical resources and collaborate with sales, the PMO, and customer stakeholders to support timely delivery.
• Track and report project status, risks, and dependencies across the portfolio.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT project coordination or junior project management.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity solutions and security implementations.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume project environments.
• Strong organization, communication, context-switching, problem-solving, and issue-resolution skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and drive business outcomes.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cybersecurity solutions such as Splunk, IBM, or QRadar.
• CAPM certification or progress toward PMP certification.
• Experience with project management tools and tracking systems.
