Senior Project Manager, Professional Services (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid, with available locations in Austin, San Francisco, and New York, United States. Candidates progressing to the offer stage may need to attend an in-person interview at a hirify.global office or hub.

Salary: $155,000–$213,000 annual salary for Bay Area hires; $149,000–$205,000 for New York and Washington, DC hires. The role may also include incentive compensation and equity.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams delivering complex consulting and multi-workstream migration and implementation projects for strategic enterprise customers.
• Own project governance from charter and scope definition through delivery, acceptance, closeout, and lessons learned.
• Manage project financials, resources, timelines, change requests, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, partners, vendors, and executive stakeholders to support adoption and long-term satisfaction.
• Develop scalable Professional Services methodologies, playbooks, templates, and delivery standards.
• Use AI tools and project data to improve workflow efficiency, risk identification, reporting, and delivery productivity.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in professional services, project management, program management, or senior customer-facing technology delivery.
• Experience leading high-impact projects involving enterprise customers, technical teams, consultants, partners, vendors, and multi-vendor ecosystems.
• Strong project governance, risk management, change control, financial management, executive reporting, and stakeholder leadership skills.
• Working knowledge of Internet networking, security, Zero Trust, SASE, DNS, and APIs.
• Expert proficiency with Jira, Salesforce, PSA, or equivalent project and portfolio management tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or a related project or program management certification.
• Experience with organizational change management and digital transformation programs.
