Deployment Strategist - Spain

Location: Madrid, Spain; on-site work from an office required. Travel of 25–75% is required depending on the team and location.

What you will do

• Meet customer analysts on site to understand critical questions, workflows, and pain points.
• Identify relevant datasets and work with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate them into stable, extensible data pipelines.
• Build bespoke workflows for new user groups and lead training sessions to drive product adoption and operational impact.
• Present results and proposals to audiences ranging from analysts to C-suite executives.
• Work with Software Engineering and Product Design teams to incorporate field insights into broader product offerings.
• Build demos and scope potential engagements across new industries and locations.

Requirements

• Strong ability to solve open-ended problems in unstructured environments.
• Adaptability, introspection, and willingness to learn, teach, lead, and follow.
• Spanish fluency required.
• Security clearance or ability to obtain security clearance required.
• Programming, scripting, or statistical package experience such as Python, R, Matlab, or SQL is a plus.
