Deployment Strategist

Location: Madrid, Spain; on-site; ability to travel 25–75% required, varying by location and team.

What you will do

• Meet on-site with customer analysts to understand critical questions, workflows, and pain points.
• Identify relevant datasets and work with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate data into stable, extensible pipelines.
• Build bespoke workflows for new user groups and lead training sessions to drive product adoption and operational impact.
• Present results and future-work proposals to audiences ranging from analysts to C-suite executives.
• Embed with Software Engineering and Product Design teams to bring field insights into cross-hirify.global products.
• Build and deliver demos, and scope potential engagements in new industries and expanding locations.

Requirements

• Security clearance or the ability to obtain a clearance.
• Spanish language fluency.
• Extraordinary ability to take on open-ended problems in unstructured environments.
• Adaptive and introspective approach, with willingness to learn, teach, lead, and follow.

Nice to have

• Experience with programming, scripting, or statistical packages such as Python, R, Matlab, or SQL.
