Business Operations Intern

Location: Madrid, Spain; hybrid workplace.

What you will do

• Maintain and update information in the company CRM.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for sales teams, leadership, and other stakeholders.
• Analyze key business metrics and indicators to support performance monitoring and decision-making.
• Review data quality and assist with regular audits to improve reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate with the Director of Sales Operations and the wider business operations team.

Requirements

• Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Solid foundation in Excel and comfort working with structured data and detail.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Curiosity, analytical thinking, proactive communication, and willingness to learn.
• Availability for a hybrid internship in Madrid, Spain.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Tableau, Salesforce, SQL, Python, or AI tools.
