Junior Workforce & Business Planning Analyst - Multi-Country Sales Center

Location: Sant Cugat del Valles, Barcelona, Spain. Hybrid work model combining home office and office work.

What you will do

• Support workforce and capacity plans for the Inside Sales Hub across multiple geographies and language profiles.
• Monitor staffing gaps, open positions, hiring progress, fill rates, time-to-fill, forecasts, and backfill requirements.
• Maintain dashboards and recurring reports covering capacity, hiring, attrition, development, and workforce stability.
• Prepare planning reviews, presentations, operational updates, trend analyses, and variance explanations for leadership.
• Coordinate the university graduate program, including hiring, onboarding, retention, progression, development milestones, and reporting.
• Coordinate engagement, recognition, networking, community, and other hub-wide programs with sales, Finance, HR, Talent Acquisition, and site leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in business planning, business operations, workforce planning, analytics, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to translate data into clear business insights.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of business planning, capacity analysis, operational reporting, forecasting, dashboard management, workforce and hiring pipeline metrics, project and program coordination, stakeholder management, communication, presentation, data accuracy, attention to detail, teamwork, and collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with capacity planning, operational reporting, or workforce analytics.
• Knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting and visualization tools.
• Exposure to sales operations or a multilingual, international business environment.
• Experience coordinating graduate programs or cross-functional initiatives.
• Familiarity with workforce data sources and reporting systems.
