Senior Analyst - People & Organization - BCG Vantage (Client Focused)

What you will do

• Deliver functional expertise, analysis, and insights for client cases, proposals, and workshops.
• Formulate organization redesign strategies and analytical approaches for operating model transformations.
• Develop knowledge assets, intellectual property, products, tools, data, frameworks, and surveys.
• Support commercialization through proposals, client workshops, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with case teams, clients, project leaders, and global topic leads.
• Assist with onboarding and training junior colleagues based on topic expertise.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of consulting experience in organization design, or at least 2 years of industry experience; 3–6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Fluent English required; additional languages may be requested in certain locations.
• Strong business acumen, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity and work effectively in virtual group settings.
• Experience with agile ways of working; AI experience preferred.
