Senior Manager, Treasury (R5211)

Salary: $140,000–$250,000 per year. San Mateo range: $170,000–$250,000; other US locations: $140,000–$210,000.

What you will do

• Oversee global treasury operations, daily cash positioning, liquidity management, and banking relationships.
• Build cash flow and free cash flow forecasts to support liquidity planning and executive decision-making.
• Develop cash management strategies to optimize working capital and reduce idle cash balances.
• Establish treasury policies, controls, and governance frameworks to manage financial and operational risk.
• Monitor foreign exchange exposure, support hedging strategies, and ensure compliance with debt covenants.
• Lead banking negotiations, intercompany funding, and treasury transactions across global entities while partnering with FP&A, Accounting, Legal, and Tax.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, or another analytical role.
• Experience managing global banking structures and bank accounts, including maintaining bank registers and tracking regulatory requirements.
• Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented problem-solving approach with strong business judgment.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• CTP certification or an MBA.
• Interest in expanding into advanced treasury concepts.
